Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to every offer of Instant Delivery E-Services B.V. and any agreement reached at a distance between Instant Delivery E-Services and the consumer.
- Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
- A purchase agreement is concluded between Instant Delivery E-Services and the consumer as soon as the consumer accepts an offer from Instant Delivery E-Services through the complete and correct completion of the form made available by Instant Delivery E-Services.
Pricing policy
- Instant Delivery E-Services reserves the right to change the prices of products offered by its service form during the term of service, Instant Delivery E-Services will inform you of this 14 days in advance. You have the right to cancel your subscription within 10 days of receiving notice, and will not incur any charges for undelivered goods.
- Instant Delivery E-Services discount codes may not be used for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
- The prices of the products are including VAT.
Payment
- For payment, the consumer can only use the payment options offered by Instant Delivery E-Services.
- When using a payment method sent by Instant Delivery E-Services for direct debit, the consumer gives Instant Delivery E-Services permission to collect future payments from the relevant account number.
- Payment takes place at the latest within 14 days after a purchase agreement has been concluded. Periodic payment takes place prior to each service period.
- In the event of late payment, for example due to cancellation of the debited amounts or due to insufficient balance in the relevant account, an amount of € 2.50 in costs will be charged.
- If payment is not made within the specified period after the first reminder, Instant Delivery E-Services is entitled to unilaterally terminate the service immediately, without prejudice to the right to compensation and the right to collect overdue payments and the associated collection costs to the consumer.
- The products remain the property of Instant Delivery E-Services until the consumer has paid for the products.
- Payment reminders are sent by Instant Delivery E-Services only by e-mail.
- Instant Delivery E-Services gives the consumer the option to pay after when they order a starter kit. For the consumer to make use of this they need to contact via email using the email adres lonneke@olivery.com. The consumer pays first 50% when buying then 50% at delivery. Instant Delivery E-Services charges € 1,50 extra in splitting the cost.
Delivery and delivery time
- Delivery is made within the Netherlands at the expense of Instant Delivery E-Services to the delivery address provided with the order.
- Orders with the starter kit will be delivered within one to three business days after ordering. Delivery is only possible on days when PostNL parcel service is in the relevant area. Instant Delivery E-Services do not offer the possibility of pickup.
- Orders with the refill are delivered within one to three business days after ordering, where delivery is only possible on days when PostNL delivers letterbox mail in the relevant area.
- The consumer is responsible for keeping contact information, including delivery address, up to date. Suppose an order does not arrive because the contact information was incorrectly entered. In that case, Instant Delivery E-Services will reship the order within one to three days of receiving the correct address and charge for shipping costs
- To receive Instant Delivery E-Services’ refill, the consumer’s mailbox has the following dimensions: at least 20 cm long and 3.2 cm high.
Data Protection
The personal data provided by the consumer to Instant Delivery E-Services will be used solely to full fill the order by the requirements of the Data Protection Act. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Warranty and liability
- Instant Delivery E-Services warrants only that the products it delivers are suitable for the purpose for which they are intended based on the information provided by Instant Delivery E-Services and warrants that the products comply with any legal obligations and other government regulations applicable to that purpose of use
- Instant Delivery E-Services warrants that the products and services it delivers are produced and delivered respectively with respect for human beings and the environment.
Changes
Instant Delivery E-Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You are recommended to consult these terms and conditions regularly.
Termination
Suppose the consumer fails to full fill his obligations under this agreement. In that case, Instant Delivery E-Services shall have the option to: a. allow the consumer to full fill his obligations within a period set by Instant Delivery E-Services; b. terminate the agreement in whole or in part without prior warning; Instant Delivery E-Services shall always reserve the right to terminate the deal to recover from the total consumer compensation for all damages and costs.
Disputes and applicable law
- Dutch law applies to all commitments between Instant Delivery E-Services and the consumer.
- The District Court in Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between Instant Delivery E-Services and the consumer arising from or otherwise related to the agreement.
