Our Il Terzo Terra di Foggia olive oil is an excellent olive oil for your salads and dressings.

The Peranzana olive is something of an ‘enfant terrible’. It is an original variety and the trees do not like being cultivated. Without the optimum amount of sunshine, when put in to a soil that is too wet, too dry or lacking in the exact right amount of minerals, the tree refuses to bear fruit. That’s why we work with Michele. Michele has a wonderful knack of coaxing fruit from these stubborn trees. His olive trees grow happily in the natural ground around Torremaggione in Foggia. Their olives give our Peranzana a nice, grassy flavour and a colour so beautifully green, it looks like kiwi juice.
